1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have permission from a parent or guardian.


2. Products & Sourcing

Many of our products are sourced from international suppliers, including Germany. Some items may be specially ordered on behalf of customers.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.


3. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including suspected fraudulent transactions.


4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where necessary.


5. Delivery & Lead Times

  • In-stock items: typically 10–15 working days
  • European sourced items: additional transfer time may apply
  • Special order items: up to 12 weeks

All UK import duties and taxes are covered by Luxury Dining Ltd.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier or courier delays.

Risk in goods shall pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery.


6. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.


7. Returns & Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must not be used beyond reasonable inspection
  • All branded packaging must be intact and undamaged

Important

Luxury branded packaging forms part of the product value. Returns with damaged or incomplete packaging may be refused or subject to deductions.

  • Special order or customer-sourced items
  • Made-to-order or bespoke goods
  • Personalised items

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If goods are faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

We will arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks with evidence.


10. Product Representation

Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Dining Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Luxury Dining Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.


13. Privacy

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
